Academic Site Licenses

The ToolBook Instructor 9 Academic Site License 500 is for installation on up to 500 computers of faculty and students at one campus. The ToolBook Instructor 9 Academic Site License Unlimited is for installation on unlimited computers of faculty and students at one campus. In either case, the Academic Site License can either be purchased perpetually for a one time fee or as a subscription for either one or three years.

Updates and Upgrades: The subscription license includes automatic upgrades and new product releases throughout the term of the subscription. The perpetual license does not include regular updates or upgrades. An optional annual maintenance agreement provides all updates and upgrades.

Technical Support: This license does not include Technical Support Services. Technical Support Service must be purchased separately.

Conditions: The Academic Site License is restricted to an individual school at a single address. The software can only be used by employed faculty and enrolled students for academic work at the school. The software may not be used for commercial purposes
